Vox Populli has been offering free hosting for fellow fans since May 2001, giving homes to over 170 free websites using over 12 gig for website and email space. The only requirement is that the free space must get used for a public website! I don't have unlimited resources and I hate to see empty webspace sitting around when someone could be using it. So that's all I ask, if you request free webspace, that you put up a public website within one month.

Requirements:

• Your site must be non profit and primarily fan content. Adult content, slash, het, all ages, real people, is fine here, as long as it's fictional, this community finds it has artistic merit and thus fails the Miller Test for obscenity.
• You must agree to the Terms of Service.
• You must be able to create and edit your webpages in an html editor on your computer and use an ftp program to upload your webpages to Populli. If you don't know html or how to ftp, visit the Tools page for useful software and tips. Vox Populli does NOT have a "page builder" type of thing like Geocities or Lycos.
